About the Dubai Metro

The Dubai Metro is one of the world's most advanced metro systems. 75 kilometres across and split into two lines, the trains will pass both above and below ground. This exciting new project, the first phase now nearing completion, will revolutionise the public transport system in Dubai.

The Metro will feature fully automatic driverless trains with on board travel information, air conditioning and a maximum running speed of 90km an hour. Serco will be operating and maintaining every part this new transport system and we look forward to welcoming you as a part of the first team to run this essential public service.
