We are looking for staff who are passionate and committed to delivering a world class service.

As well as reducing traffic across the busy city, the Dubai Metro promises to be a network used for business and pleasure by countless numbers of visitors from across the globe. Because of this, we are looking for great people who reflect the diversity of our customers and who have good communication skills, including both spoken and written English.

We have Emiratisation programme in place and would welcome interest from UAE nationals.

For all roles you need to be able to work independently and as part of the Dubai Metro team. All applicants will also need to pass role suitability testing and complete a medical assessment.

For safety critical roles, as well as completing an additional visual and hearing test, you'll also need to show evidence of your ability to make quick decisions, concentrate despite distractions and pay attention to detail at all times.
